Team 4Wheel Drive Hardware is raising money for cancer research by donating proceeds to the American Cancer Society. Columbiana, OH (PRWEB) April 10, 2009 -- Rock crawling team #311 Team 4Wheel Drive Hardware is pleased to announce for the 2009 season we will be crawling to cure cancer. The team has been competing in the professional rock crawling series called WeRock since 2005. We travel the mid-west and east coast attending rock crawling competitions and Jeep Shows, featuring the latest Jeep parts and accessories. Kelly Young has been the only female driver in the stock modified class and the Jeep was bright green, both of which factor into the attention we draw at these events. In June of 2008, Kelly lost her mother to a brief battle with colon and liver cancer. Her mom was one of our biggest fans and a big fan to the world of rock crawling and motorsports. The team had been thinking of ways to hold an off road event or something in Kelly's mom's memory, when the idea was presented to us to paint the competition jeep pink and raise money for cancer research. And thus, Crawl to Cure Cancer was born.
